Cloud software licensing

Acrontec provides the Marketplace Engine as a cloud‑hosted software lease. We add your brand domain and provision the software on the Acrontec cloud — you operate the marketplace; you never own the software or source code.

Lease the cloud — keep your brand

Your domain points at an Acrontec‑hosted stack. Restaurant vendors, drivers, and customers use your branded experience. The underlying software remains Acrontec’s and is licensed for use only — not sold, transferred, or owned by the operator or any vendor on the platform.

How cloud licensing works

Inside a master lease

Acrontec’s agreement is with the marketplace operator. That operator can then run two kinds of restaurant relationship on the same brand. Neither one is a separate Acrontec software licence.

Franchise royalty is the operator’s charge to its franchisee. It is calculated in the product and is not Acrontec’s software fee. Franchise operations →

What you lease — and what you do not own

Every cloud licence grants non‑exclusive, non‑transferable rights to use the Acrontec Marketplace Engine for your brand during the agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, architecture, or related IP to the licensee, restaurant vendors, or any other party.

Territory

Licensing is defined per territory for compliance, capacity, and operational clarity.

Support & SLA

Support levels follow your cloud lease tier and the Service Level Agreement.

Brand on the cloud

White‑label means your name, domain, and apps face customers — still running as leased software on Acrontec’s cloud, not a copy of the product you own.
