Webhooks & realtime

The Marketplace Engine keeps storefront and mobile clients in sync primarily through push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and polling of order / chat endpoints — not a public third-party “event bus” of marketplace webhooks.

Push notifications (FCM)

• Customers register tokens via authenticated customer endpoints (e.g. FCM / CM token update).
• Delivery drivers and vendors update FCM tokens on their authenticated API surfaces.
• Order status, chat, and ops alerts are delivered to the official Flutter / web clients.

Payment provider callbacks

When a payment gateway is enabled for an install, the provider may POST settlement or status callbacks to marketplace webhook URLs configured for that gateway (for example commerce / crypto providers). Those endpoints are provider-specific and signed with the gateway’s secret — they are not general-purpose “subscribe to order.created” hooks.

What is not offered as a public product API

• Outbound webhooks like order.created / driver.location.updated for arbitrary integrators
• A documented Acrontec-hosted event streaming URL separate from the licensed install
